For the Allegra and Mary hard forks all the nodes (that includes the relay nodes) need to be on 1.24.2 or higher before the December 15th for testnet and before December 16th for mainnet.

Although I was pretty confident the installation was correct thanks to the experience I gained during the incentivized testnet followed by several Haskel testnets the long wait sometimes made me have doubts. You never know I just missed that ‘1 little thing’.
But finally, after countless checks and double checks to make sure nothing is wrong with the config, we made a block!

With current parameters specified by IOG I would not advice anyone anymore to stake to a smaller pool. I myself am also thinking about the ADA I could earn staking with one of the bigger pools :). For this I thank the delegators who trusted us untill now.
We will keep running, hope to see you again when conditions are more favorable for the smaller pools!
Update 1.19.0

Cardano node was updated to 1.19.0 as advised by IOG.
Node (re)start time went from +5 minutes to less than 7 seconds.
1.18.1 Bug (revert to version 1.18.0)

IOG seems to have identified an edge issue with the new node version 1.18.1. As requested by them we reverted back to 1.18.0 in advance of the epoch boundary at 21:44:51 UTC later today.
Currently nodes and block producer are reverted and back in sync.

Relay nodes and block producers are updated to latest version 1.18.1.
We are all set up for epoch 211.
Although chances are slim with d=.9 but lets hope the cardano lottery grants us at least 1 block 🙂
Pledge amount

Since pledge amount for the moment seems almost negligible for the block assignment we decided not to pledge via the pool but just delegate it from cold storage. If a0 would change in the near future we will consider raising the pledge amount if needed.
